Staff Product Designer, Growth

Lead growth design across Deel's global payroll and HR platform. You'll define product design for activation, engagement, and retention initiatives while collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams. Design and prototype at speed, run A/B tests, and partner with the design system team on motion and micro-interactions. Mentor product designers and drive design excellence across growth-focused projects.

Requires 5–7 years as a Product Designer with at least 2 years at Staff level. Strong UI/UX skills, advanced prototyping, and proven growth design experience essential.
