Principal Product Designer (12 month FTC - Mat Cover)

Principal Product Designer role on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You'll own complex product initiatives across the full cycle — discovery, prototyping, and handover — while stepping in as interim Service Design Lead. This is a C-suite influencing role where you'll drive design direction using research and data, shape how AI is used responsibly, and design for scale across UK and international markets. You'll partner day-to-day with Product, Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers, plus provide design leadership and mentoring within the squad.
