UX Researcher

You'll shape how AI products are actually used in the real world—not just designed. This hybrid UX research role at Unity Advisory sits at the intersection of user research, product design, AI experience design, and adoption strategy.

Day-to-day, you'll conduct in-depth research with senior stakeholders, observe real workflows, map decision-making processes, and identify adoption barriers. You'll design intuitive interactions for complex AI capabilities, create onboarding journeys that drive behaviour change, and establish feedback loops to measure embedded usage.
