Product Designer

Join Marshmallow's Telematics team as a Product Designer working on insurance onboarding and customer engagement. You'll own problems from day one—from user research and wireframing through to shipped, data-informed designs across web and app. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to reduce friction in sign-up flows and build features that reward good drivers. You'll contribute to the design system, use AI daily for research and production, and help shape acquisition strategy in a fast-moving fintech. Requires 2+ years in startups or scale-ups.
