Product Designer, Generative Media (Staff-Level / L6)

Lead design for Synthesia's AI Playground, a generative-media workspace where users experiment with AI models to create video, images, and motion graphics. You'll own the product's evolution from single-format surface to multi-format creation hub, setting design direction and influencing roadmap decisions alongside Product and Engineering leaders.

Day-to-day: designing prompt experiences and iteration workflows that make complex AI accessible, balancing discovery across multiple formats, prototyping interaction models quickly, and raising craft standards around generative-media UX.
