Head of Product Design

Shape the end-to-end experience for PolyAI's Agent Studio platform — a conversational AI product handling millions of customer interactions daily. You'll lead design across Landing, Building, Supervising, and multi-channel surfaces (Voice, Webchat, WhatsApp, Email, SMS), working closely with Product and Engineering to define strategy and drive design vision. This is a staff-level role requiring 5–7 years as a Product Designer plus 2+ years leading holistic design.
