Lead Product Designer (m/f/d)

Lead the design for Hilo by Aktiia's blood pressure monitoring app — a medtech scale-up that's raised $96M and launched in the US. You'll own the design system, set the quality bar across the product, and ship high-impact features from concept to launch. You'll work hands-on with Figma, prototyping, and AI tools like Claude, reporting to the Head of Design and partnering daily with product and engineering.

You need proven design leadership with 2–3 shipped case studies showing business outcomes, exceptional visual craft, and fluent Figma (components, variables, tokens).
