Senior Product Designer

Shape impactful public sector products at Civica as a Senior Product Designer. You'll craft pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces across web and mobile platforms, working closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers. Lead visual design and prototyping using Figma and FigJam, contribute to the Firefly design system, and mentor junior designers. This on-site London role needs 5+ years of product/visual design experience with a strong portfolio. You'll own the full design lifecycle—from concept through high-fidelity prototypes to validation.
