Lead Product Designer - Product & Experience

Lead the design of user-centric digital products for financial services and energy transformation programmes. You'll facilitate discovery workshops, translate user needs into wireframes and prototypes, and oversee design delivery from concept to completion. Build scalable design systems including AI-driven components, collaborate with data scientists and engineers, and advocate for accessibility and ethical AI.

You'll need proven experience designing end-to-end digital products across UX and UI, strong research and storytelling skills, and proficiency with Figma, Adobe, and prototyping tools.
