Senior UX Designer

Lead the UX transformation of the UK's number one flat-fee investment platform. You'll own end-to-end design for squad projects, evolve the design system, and mentor the UX team while working closely with product, developers, and stakeholders. Strong portfolio required showing design process and outcomes. Figma proficiency essential, plus research, testing, and accessibility expertise (WCAG). Hybrid role: 3 days Manchester office, 2 remote. Extensive senior UX experience needed.
