Lead Product Designer - Customer

Lead a team of three Product Designers at Rightmove, owning design vision for the Move & Home pillars of the UK's largest property portal. You'll coach and develop designers, set quality standards across the team, drive design system adoption, and inform product strategy through research and cross-functional collaboration. This is a leadership role with hands-on involvement where it adds value.
