Staff Product Designer (12-Month FTC)

Lead design strategy for critical product areas at Deliveroo, shaping the long-term vision of a complex three-sided marketplace used by millions. You'll define product direction for high-level challenges, partner with Product and Engineering leadership on architectural decisions, mentor senior designers, and identify systemic design opportunities across the platform.

This is a Staff-level role requiring extensive experience leading complex design initiatives in large-scale, high-growth environments.
