VP, Product Design

Lead Algolia's Application Layer and Satellite design system as VP of Product Design. You'll own the product experience from developer onboarding through enterprise agent orchestration, establish AI design standards across the company, and scale a technical design org (product designers, design engineers, UX researchers, content designers).

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring 15+ years in product design with 6+ leading design organizations at B2B SaaS or developer platforms.
