Senior Product Designer

Own the acquisition and onboarding experience for a global pet-care marketplace—homepage through first payment, web and mobile. You'll lead conversion experimentation, raise the visual bar with strong UI craft, and partner with product, engineering, data, and CRO teams to ship rapid tests. Balance high design standards with rigorous hypothesis-driven work. You need proven growth design experience (ideally 5+ years), a portfolio that demonstrates conversion work, and deep knowledge of B2C/marketplace products. Work fully remote, permanent role.
