Sr. Product Designer

Own design end-to-end for assigned product areas at Pendo, an AI-first enterprise software platform. You'll lead customer co-design sessions, build prototypes (low to high-fidelity), deliver complete UI design, and partner with product and engineering to ship measurable outcomes. This is hands-on work: problem framing, user flows, detailed specs, and engineering handoff—all tied to a cohesive design system. AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code) are part of your daily workflow from day one, not optional. You'll contribute to backlog prioritization and support go-to-market launches.
