Senior Product Designer

Lead end-to-end design for complex Deliveroo features, from discovery through high-fidelity execution. You'll shape design vision for key product areas, collaborate with PMs and engineers to solve marketplace challenges, and evolve the design system. Mentor junior designers and advocate for design thinking across the product lifecycle.

You'll need significant experience designing complex digital products at scale, proven ability to lead design strategy cross-functionally, and ownership of design systems. Strong in Figma, communication, and translating design into technical implementation.
