Senior UX Designer

You'll lead user experience design work for AND Digital's Bristol Club, working on meaningful client projects with minimal hand-holding. This senior role involves designing accessible, insight-driven digital products, facilitating design sprints in agile teams, and mentoring junior designers. You'll need solid UX experience, strong UI fundamentals (grids, hierarchy, typography, colour), and the ability to influence stakeholders and technical implementation. Service Design experience is a bonus.
