UX Designer

Own the UX for A1's AI assistant app across iOS, Android, and web. You'll design end-to-end user flows for AI-assisted tasks—from intent capture through completion, including progress tracking and error recovery. Design how the app surfaces AI decisions, states (loading, thinking, acting, failing, recovering), and user control points. Work closely with product, engineering, and ML teams. Conduct usability research to understand where users lose trust. You'll produce wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity Figma designs that engineering builds directly, plus contribute to the design system.
