Staff/Principal Product Designer

Intercom is looking for an exceptional Staff/Principal Product Designer to push the boundaries of craft on Fin, their AI customer service agent. This is a hands-on, maker-focused role—not strategy or management. You'll own end-to-end design for high-impact product areas, from concept to pixel-perfect execution. You'll define new interaction patterns for AI-powered tools, prototype ideas in Figma, Framer, or code, and work closely with engineers and PMs to ship world-class experiences.
