Staff Product Designer - Agentic Experiences

You'll lead design direction for Spotify's conversational AI agent, shaping how millions interact with music through natural language. Working across CoreX team with product, engineering, and ML partners, you'll design and prototype experiences that make AI feel intuitive and trustworthy. This is hands-on staff-level work—you're staying close to the craft while guiding the vision. You'll design across every touchpoint: mobile, desktop, smart speakers, TVs, cars. The role demands deep insight into human behavior and the ability to turn complexity into clarity.
