Lead Product Designer - Design System & Product

Lead the design system and deliver high-impact product design across ZOE's app and web products. You'll own the design system roadmap, drive adoption and governance, and embed in product squads to raise the quality bar. This role needs someone with proven design system leadership experience, exceptional UI craft, understanding of token-based systems and Figma-to-code workflows, and ability to work end-to-end from problem framing through delivery. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Brand teams, thinking in systems and behaviours rather than screens.
