Lead the design vision and strategy for Prolific's Participants Group, overseeing three cross-functional teams building experiences for a global marketplace of research participants and AI training specialists. You'll be a hands-on designer owning a core participant domain while line-managing 1-3 designers and mentoring the wider team. This role demands extensive in-house product design experience, leadership capability, and comfort with AI prototyping (Figma Make).
