Founding Product Designer

Kernel is building a business identity layer for AI agents. As Founding Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end UX—flows, interaction design, visual systems—turning complex data into effortless products.

You'll run discovery independently, prototype fast in Figma or code, and ship tight loops with engineering and PM. This is about simplifying complexity, not polishing UI. You'll build design foundations and patterns without slowing momentum.

Ideal if you have early-stage startup experience with tangible shipped work you can walk through.
