Staff Product Designer

Lead design strategy for critical product areas at Deliveroo, shaping the long-term vision of the platform and driving architectural improvements across the ecosystem. You'll mentor senior designers, set design standards globally alongside DoorDash and Wolt teams, and partner with Product and Engineering leadership on platform-wide decisions. This Staff-level role tackles systemic design opportunities that improve performance, accessibility, and user satisfaction at scale in a complex three-sided marketplace.
