Senior Product Designer

Shape the next generation of digital health at Flo, the world's #1 female health app with 80M+ monthly users. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll tackle complex, system-level design challenges across the mobile app—designing gamified, behaviour-change experiences that impact millions.

You'll own 0→1 projects, architect scalable design systems, and create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and advanced tools like Protopie. Motion design expertise (Lottie, Rive, After Effects) and hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools (Claude, Vercel) are essential.
