Senior UX Researcher

We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead mixed-methods research across Moneybox's product and design teams. You'll own strategic discovery and evaluative testing, working hands-on while coaching the wider team on self-serve research practices.

You're AI-first: you use tools like ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate synthesis, analysis, and discovery while maintaining rigor. You have strong quantitative UX chops — designing large-scale surveys, running statistical analysis, and connecting research to business metrics.
