Senior Product Designer (Reviews and core)

You'll lead design strategy for Trustpilot's Reviews & Core squad—owning everything from problem framing through delivery on business-critical features like review inboxes, invitations, and settings. This is high-visibility work that directly impacts conversion rates and platform performance.

Day-to-day, you'll design and optimise complex user experiences, often leveraging AI-powered features. You'll create design proposals that align stakeholders, conduct user research and usability testing, and partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to shape strategy.
