Product Designer

You'll design end-to-end product experiences for hyperexponential's AI-powered insurance platform, translating complex problems into intuitive, accessible solutions. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with product managers and engineers on discovery and delivery, contributing to the Xpression design system, and using AI tools thoughtfully in your workflow. You'll own ambiguity, lead through shifting problem spaces, and maintain high craft standards in interaction design and accessibility.
