Lead Product Designer - Agentic AI

Lead the design of Pigment's agentic AI features, shaping how users interact with autonomous agents within our business planning platform. You'll own the end-to-end product design for AI-driven workflows, from discovery through to launch, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and research teams. Work with Figma and prototyping tools to design intuitive interfaces that make complex AI interactions feel natural. This role suits designers with 5+ years of experience, ideally with shipped AI or complex SaaS products. Based in London, fully remote.
