Product Designer (Principal-Level)

Lead design across Synthesia's most complex product surfaces as a Principal-level individual contributor. You'll shape direction for large, ambiguous problem spaces, partner strategically with product and engineering leaders, and set the craft standard across the design team. This isn't a management role—it's about strategic influence, systems thinking, and exceptional execution at the highest level.

You'll own design direction for high-impact initiatives, prototype and test interaction models, drive alignment across teams, and mentor senior designers.
