Manager of Product Design

You'll lead our design team at one of the world's most valuable AI companies, shaping the product direction for a platform used by 90% of the Fortune 100. This role sits between hands-on design work and people leadership—you'll guide your team while actively directing product design strategy, not just managing from the sidelines.

Your days will mix coaching designers, collaborating with our Director of Product Design and VP of Product on evolving how we work, and making strategic design calls on everything from visual language to enterprise UX.
