Lead Product Designer

You'll lead the evolution of Checkatrade's design system across web, iOS and Android — shaping the shared foundation that designers and engineers use daily. This is a hands-on role where about 70% of your time is spent designing directly in Figma, architecting components, tokens, patterns and documentation. The rest focuses on driving adoption, mentoring designers, and establishing contribution models and governance.

You'll work closely with engineers on React, Storybook and token pipelines, balancing usability with technical accuracy.
