UX Design Principal (Mat Cover 10 Months Contract)

Lead the strategic design of complex financial products and customer experiences across multiple squads at the UK's largest flat-fee investment platform. You'll drive UX strategy, set design standards, mentor the team, and champion accessibility and design systems. This is a 10-month contract role working hybrid (3 days Manchester office, 2 remote) reporting to the UX Design Manager.

You'll need significant senior UX experience—Principal, Lead, or Staff level—with a proven track record designing complex digital platforms and leading large-scale initiatives.
