Staff Product Designer, Web3

You'll lead the design of Deel's Web3 products—decentralized services, DApps, and protocols—translating complex smart contracts and token economics into interfaces people actually understand and trust. This is a staff-level role where you own the full design journey from strategy through delivery, working closely with engineers and protocol specialists to navigate technical constraints while keeping user needs central.
