Principal Product Designer, London, Hybrid

Shape how enterprise teams work with AI agents. You'll design bid and proposal workflows where AI acts autonomously while users stay in control—defining trust patterns, handling complex multi-step journeys, and building agentic UX that's accessible and auditable. This is a hands-on Principal role reporting to the CPO, working with a 4-person design team in a hybrid setup (two days weekly in London).
