Conversational AI UX Designer

Design conversational AI experiences that help marketers work with Loomi, Bloomreach's agentic platform. You'll shape how AI talks to users across chat, in-product assistants, and workflows—deciding what agents say, when they ask for input, and when they act autonomously.

You'll prototype with real LLM behavior (not static mockups), treat prompts and context as design artifacts, and collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to turn agent behavior into trustworthy UX. Work with conversation logs and metrics to iterate on chat flows, error recovery, and voice/tone for non-technical marketers.
