Lead Product Designer - Design System

Lead the design system at BVNK, a fintech infrastructure company building stablecoin payment rails. You'll own the end-to-end system — Figma, React components, Storybook, Zeroheight — serving 50+ designers, engineers, and PMs across the org.

The work is tactical and strategic: ship the roadmap, tighten patterns, improve docs, run governance (audits, deprecations, naming). Critically, you'll design systems that AI can consume cleanly — component naming, prop structure, docs readable by LLMs and humans alike.
