Lead Product Designer (UX/UI)

Join Fyxer as a Lead Product Designer shaping AI-powered interfaces at a high-growth startup. You'll design sophisticated real-time features—from live transcripts to personalized AI drafts—working directly with the Founder CPO and CTO alongside one other designer. This role demands 6+ years in Series A–D environments, deep user research skills, and fluency with Figma, ShadCN, Tailwind CSS, and Lucide. You'll own the full cycle: research, design systems evolution, prototyping in V0, and close collaboration with product engineers (no PM layer).
