User Researcher

Join GDS as a User Researcher on GOV.UK or GOV.UK Chat, where you'll conduct end-to-end research projects that directly improve government services used by millions. You'll plan studies, recruit participants, analyse findings, and work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to translate user insights into real change. This hybrid role (40-60% office attendance) in Bristol or Manchester values experimentation and learning.
