Senior Product Designer - Growth

Own the full acquisition and onboarding experience at a fast-growing pet care marketplace — from homepage through first payment. You'll lead Project Heartbeat, balancing high visual standards with rapid experimentation to match the loved product with an equally compelling acquisition journey. Work across web and mobile, co-own the experimentation roadmap, and partner closely with product, engineering, data, and CRO teams. This role needs someone who's shipped conversion work at pace, holds a strong visual bar, thinks in hypotheses, and understands B2C marketplaces.
