UX Research Operations (ResOps) Specialist

Support Interactive Investor's UX Research team as a ResOps Specialist, improving research workflows, tooling, and operations. You'll analyse inefficiencies, implement scalable processes, manage research tools (UserTesting, User Interviews, Usabilla, Content Square), and embed AI automation. Work across UX, Product, Compliance, and Legal to enable researchers to focus on insights while you handle governance, participant management, and operational maturity. Based in Manchester, 3 days on-site. No research conducting—pure operations enablement.
