GAIN Experience - Product Designer

Join GAIN's Experience team as a Product Designer working on user-centered solutions for public and private sector clients. You'll lead the full UX process—from research and strategy through to design and delivery. Day-to-day, you'll conduct usability testing, create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, facilitate workshops, develop personas and journey maps, and present findings to stakeholders. You'll need at least 3 years of commercial UX experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking.
