Product Designer, Growth Acquisition

You'll shape the signup and onboarding experience for millions of developers using GitLab. As a Product Designer focused on Growth Acquisition, you're designing the flows that help new users get started and invite teammates — critical moments in the user journey.

You'll work closely with UX researchers, product managers, and engineers to iterate on signup flows, team invitations, and early feature discovery. The acquisition team is newly formed, so there's real opportunity to influence process and direction from the ground up.
