Staff Product Designer (UI-Led)

Shape the future of Contentsquare's experience intelligence platform as a Staff Product Designer focused on UI excellence. You'll tackle complex, data-heavy challenges: unified navigation, cross-product workflows, AI-assisted insights, and new patterns for agentic features. Work hands-on translating complexity into clarity across analytics and actionable intelligence. Partner closely with AI teams, data science, engineering, and design systems to set visual and interaction standards at scale. This is an IC role—lead by example, coach others on UI quality, and stay involved through delivery.
