Lead design strategy for Deel's AI vertical, shaping conversational interfaces, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation across payroll, HR, and compliance. You'll own end-to-end design for Deel AI, Akai, and developer experience tools—establishing craft standards, mentoring designers, and driving cross-functional alignment with engineering and product leadership.

You'll prototype rapidly, codify AI interaction patterns, and champion customer research to ensure intelligence feels seamless across the platform.
