Senior UX Designer

Join VML's CX team as a Senior UX Designer working on large-scale e-commerce and digital experiences for global brands like Coca-Cola, Nestlé, and Ford. You'll lead the full UX process—from discovery workshops and qualitative/quantitative research through to wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps. This is hands-on work: running usability tests, analysing behavioural insights, facilitating design thinking sessions, and presenting strategy to stakeholders and C-suite. You'll collaborate closely with UX/UI leads, service designers, developers, and account teams.
