Senior Product Designer (Core Product)

You'll be Kernel's first Product Designer—owning end-to-end UX for an AI-powered CRM data platform trusted by RevOps teams at Navan, Gong, and Mistral. Your mission: simplify complexity and make powerful product feel effortless.

Day-to-day, you'll lead user discovery independently, synthesize insights fast, and turn them into shipped changes. You'll prototype in Figma, v0, or whatever gets to signal quickest, then iterate tightly with engineering and PM in production. You'll build lightweight design foundations—principles, patterns, systems—without slowing momentum.
