Senior Product Designer

Own the end-to-end design of Lottie's Marketplace — the platform families use to search, compare, and find care. You'll partner closely with your PM and Engineering lead from problem inception, shaping briefs and challenging assumptions rather than executing downstream. This is high-stakes, emotionally complex design work where trust signals, accessibility, and information hierarchy are live problems. You'll contribute scalable patterns to the design system and embrace AI tooling to prototype and iterate faster without losing craft.
