Product Designer

You'll design and build the UX and UI for Wordsmith's legal operations platform, working at the intersection of design and code. This is a hands-on role where you'll prototype concepts in TypeScript and React, own end-to-end product experiences, and help shape direction alongside product and engineering. You'll simplify complex legal workflows, contribute to the design system, and explore how AI changes interaction patterns. You need strong front-end skills (React, CSS, animation), the ability to move fast from ambiguity to shipped work, and a real eye for craft and detail.
