Senior Product Designer, Growth - (12 Month Mat Cover)

Join PetLabCo's Design & UX team as a Senior Product Designer driving growth through high-converting acquisition experiences. You'll design landing pages, advertorials, quiz funnels and subscription journeys across paid channels, partnering closely with the Growth team. Day-to-day: translating customer insights and performance data into digital experiences, applying CRO principles and user psychology, testing and iterating rapidly based on analytics and heatmaps, creating scalable design systems in Figma, and collaborating with marketers, developers and copywriters.
